Psychology and Education
After gaining work experience in educational settings, mental health contexts, and most recently consulting, Božana is now pursuing a master’s degree in psychology and education.
Her decision to undertake this master’s program was primarily influenced by her professional background, which ignited an interest in cognitive and emotional development.
As part of her master’s journey, Božana is eager to explore executive functions recognising their pivotal role in fostering academic and professional success with particular focus on cognitive flexibility. These interests are rooted in her desire for a comprehensive understanding of how cognitive processes impact learning throughout lifetime and how these cognitive processes can be optimised.
Her other areas of interest encompass the mental health and well-being of young people, childhood trauma, resilience, as well as the impact of digital technologies on cognitive and emotional development of children.
